Beyond the ordinary
Elite Lionesses Academy is beyond the ordinary because we do more than teach football — we inspire girls to believe in themselves, push their limits, and play with confidence and joy. Our standards are high, our coaching is purposeful, and our environment is empowering. Every session is designed to develop strong players, strong teammates, and strong young women. Here, every girl matters, every voice is heard, and every goal — on and off the pitch — is celebrated.

BEHAVIOUR POLICY
Managing Unacceptable Behaviour
At Elite Lionesses Academy, we expect all players to uphold the values of respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship. When behaviour falls below these expectations, the following procedures will apply:
1. If unacceptable behaviour persists, puts others at risk, or becomes increasingly difficult to manage, a verbal warning will be given to parents/carers.
▪ Parents/carers will be informed if their child’s behaviour has caused concern and/or if it has been necessary for staff to intervene or apply disciplinary measures.
▪ All incidents will be treated individually. However, any serious incidents will be recorded and reported to the Elite Lionesses Academy Safeguarding Lead and/or the child’s school (if appropriate).
▪ Elite Lionesses Academy reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove any child whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or consistently unacceptable, or if their continued presence is incompatible with the behavioural expectations of the Academy.
▪ In such circumstances, parents/carers may be required to collect their child immediately upon request. The child will forfeit their place at the Academy session or programme.
▪ No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
